Recently Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed a larger-scale cyber-initiative than Pax Mongolica after consulting with the co-founder of Ethereum, Blockchain expert Vitalik Buterin and experts from fifteen other countries, including the USA. UU., India, Israel, Armenia and Turkey, on their initiatives of Blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
Putin's first cyber initiative will connect some of the most promising emerging market economies in Asia, Eastern Europe, Africa and South America, through Blockchain and smart contract technology through the use of a new multinational cryptocurrency that will be adopted collectively by the BRICS and the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (UEE) (Member States).
