Man Kills His Wife After Hiring A Hitman Did Not Work

in #bitcoin8 years ago

Stephen Allwine tried to escape his marriage by hiring a hitman on the dark net. However, this did not work. Why did he try to kill his wife? Ok, lets rewind to the beginning.

Allwine held a position as a deacon at the United Church of God. While holding this position he became involved in adultery after discovering the site Ashley Madison. This led him to desire a divorce from his wife. There is a catch 22. When you hold a position of a Deacon in a church, if you get a divorce you lose your position.

So what could be the next best possible thing to do if you can't get a divorce? Move away? Continue cheating? Nope, you guessed it, hire a hitman. I mean might as well deal with the issue for good right, well this is at least what Allwine thought he could do.

Allwine went on the dark net to a website called Besa Mafia and hired a hitman for a smooth $6,000. This did not go as planned. They first discussed having his wife killed in a car accident. This did not happen. They then discussed having the hitman kill his wife in the house and then burn it down. This did not happen. Instead the website stated the hitman got arrested for driving a car with stolen plates.

The criminal complaint pointed out the following:“When Victim was not killed and the home not burned down, Besa Mafia told dogdaygod [Allwine] that the hitman was stopped by local police for driving a stolen vehicle and taken to jail prior the hit. Sergeant McAlister noted that during this time, no one was apprehended in Minnesota and western Wisconsin and was arrested in a stolen vehicle and in possession of a gun. Besa Mafia continued to solicit money from dogdaygod [Allwine], continually delaying the hit.”

With Plan A, B and C failing Allwine decided to do it himself.  Officers arrested Allwine on a second degree murder charge. Months later, the second degree murder charge became a first degree murder charge.

Maybe he should of stayed the dating website. Leave your thoughts below.
