Personally I will go with ETC.... I would have said ETH but the difficulty is actually going to high now, ETC makes much more sense for the long run... But totally my opinion on mining mainstream coins... Not an expert of other coins!
you can also mine bytecoin or monero....its littlebit easy to mine than others..
