They work on 0% Exchange fees model. They are saying they will get their profit from the difference of buying and selling price of BTC. The major negative about this website is the UI Interface, It is geared for traders and may be very confusing for first time buyers. I still don’t know where the settings in this site :P.
Apart from this website we can also buy bitcoins from VirWoX, localbitcoins, Remitano. But the negative side of buying Bitcoins here is users need to double check are they legit or any kind of scams; always follow the rules! Harder to buy large amounts of Bitcoins compared to large exchanges

If anyone wants to buy Bitcoins from India they need to provide their ID verification as it is must and should so it is not private. People can purchase from other sources but need to pay Premium for higher privacy.
ZEBPAY IS THE ONLY ONE WHICH IS ACTUALLY RUNNING SUCCESSFULLY IN INDIA.

No, there is no fees except the blockchain fee.
You can also try out https://coinhero.in which tracks INR prices of all coins on all exchanges in India. It gave me more coins and exchanges than listed elsewhere.. so much easier to track. Than just Bitcoin prices. Regarding comparing best buy price and sell price, you can also see it in the Arbitrage section of the website.
