While I was browsing, (looking for a news app actually); I stumbled upon the website of an app called Fold which enables you to spend bitcoin at Starbucks coffee shops in the US.
They also seem to be going for Target and WholeFoods
This could be huge in making spending digital currency go mainstream. And Starbucks also has a rep for keeping up with tech.
I'm curious to know if anyone has actually tried it, or used a similar app and what was the experience like?
