This news came from the famous Russian media outlet RBC, they reported that the Prosecutor General Office are currently working together to stop crypto exchanges across whole Russia. Sergei Shvetsov stated that the currently institutions and attorney general are working together to block access of all foreign websites which allow a Russian citizen to purchase this kind of instruments.
