Coinbase's exchange online is gdax.com (same username and password as Coinbase). You can then wire money through GDAX. If you do it early in the business day, then your funds should be available that same afternoon. It costs like $50 to wire $5,000, so low fees.
but he seems to be skalping every few minutes... putting fiat money in and out so quickly?
