SUMMARY
The below chart of LiteCoin (LTC) is quite impressively a near twin of Bitcoin (BTC). Across the Cryptosphere, sentiment is quite uniform during both the bull runs and the corrections. It's often called "All the Same Markets". The chart below shows a very nice impulse of five waves (white) followed by the blue 1,2,3,4,5. IF Bitcoin (BTC) leads down; LTC is expected to follow. The blue 5 woudl represent an attractive zone to cast a buy ladder.
The MACD is oversold and the turn up of the 12 day moving average (blue) could glance the 26 day (red) rather than pierce upwards. This would jive well with the lower low that's expected.

No kidding. All cryptos move in lock step with Bitcoin.
I have yet to see someone nail charts for crypto. It is all speculation at this time.

I know, it's maddening. And I've been there (a lot!), you figure, hey this guy says it will most likely go down in price before it rises so I should sell then buy back when it drops and I'll have EVEN MORE when it rises. I have done this, and it didn't drop much, then it rocketed up without me. So not only did I sell at too low a price, now I didn't even have any more to sell at the higher price, and if I buy back in I'll have less...and it may not even go up anymore!!!!!
If you really want to try to day trade to catch the wave try it with a SMALL PERCENTAGE of your position. Say 10-20%. See how you do, and that way if it backfires you still have 80% of your position in the bag.
There are sooooooooo many predictions, you will go nuts trying to follow all of them. I would say just try to get a sense of the long term for the coins you have, that way if it drops and you get nervous you know that it will rise again.

Yes,.been there and done that repeatedly. Crypto is great for day traders if you know what the heck you are doing. Stick with swing trading or long term.

Litecoin has been doing a lot of funny rounds. Specially since the news of Charlie Lee selling his entire position. Lets hope that the trust isin't misplaced.
I love that you do further analysis on the MACD, however my understanding is that the MACD line (blue) is calculated as the 12ema minus the 26ema, and the red/orange line is the 9ema of the MACD line. Splitting hairs aside, your interpretation remains valid. So for example, a cross of the 12/26 EMAs occurs when the MACD (blue) crosses the zero line. Hope this helps!

Litecoin is already in the top of the most used cryptocurrencies but I believe it can go up even further. Bitcoin is starting to become unpractical to use due to high tx fees and long transfer times so it would make sense for cryptocurrencies using better technologies to get more widely used.
