All of those youtuber only want to make referral money, and this causes them to promote any HYIP or ICO where they can make money.
I have noticed that in the crypto world everyone is quick to claim scam.
Not all these HYIP programs are bad, or schemes, or scams. although there are clearly some scams in this field, but there are also some legitimate companies. There are even legit companies that go under, but that doesn't make them a scam. In the world of high returns there is going to be some losers and even some scams, but they are not all scams.
It is our jobs as investors to solid research on investments like you did here, and make our own choices as investors. I believe USI-Tech is a good company.
