Very true Bitcoin isn't gold. Great point btw. I believe Ethereum is going to deliver what Bitcoin promised early days in 2013 which allows decentralized applications running on smart contracts (aka programmable money) to thrive such as DeFi.

Gold is just tiny market of the total financial system. DeFi imo is going to be gigantic & ultimately what dominates the entire financial sector.
