I don't think govt is in hush hush mode to regulate/deregulate the crypto.
As Mr.Garg said they will form a committee which will survey and make a report.(this seems another year will be going in uncertainity only)
The only hope is the G20 summit (France already made the point to discuss the bitcoin, Germany ,America also ready to discuss )
Looks like month of March would also be critical for the crypto currencies .
