I received this email from Wavecrest (the card issuer for all Bitcoin Visa cards):

Visa have today instructed us that we must close all WaveCrest issued Visa Prepaid Cards with immediate effect.How will this affect you?Your WaveCrest-issued Visa Prepaid Card will no longer function. We're being oppressed!And ironically this kind of thing is exactly why we need people to take payment with Bitcoin instead of Visa in the first place.
