hello. i understand it to mean you can't deposit or withdraw bitcoin until they give the all clear signal. i think you can still trade within bittrex but you can't take any thing out or put any in. it should clear up soon, i hope. peace.

That's what I was thinking. I wanted to buy a few altcoins today but to me it looked like it's saying I shouldn't send Bitcoins there for now.

you can't put any bitcoin in either. yes you are right i wasn't planning on taking any out, i invested in a bunch of stuff just before this big down turn so i got to wait for it all to come back up. my vision is to be making so much bitcoin i need to get some to my private wallet you see. lol
