The ceo is talking about crowdfunding which is a DAC decentralized autonomous corporation it was branded to antshares and now they have rebranded it to NEO.
It is also called the nick name ethereum of China. They are focusing on the digital asset and they are working on smart contract which are getting lot of attention quickly. In Neo they are putting lot of effort in a new eco system for smart contract.
