Big Changes on BitMax Exchange

This still works btw, they change other stuff. As usual this is an chinese exchange and has GUI similar to Binance.

Before today there was also thing called Transaction Mining and Reverse-Mining where people instead of paying fees to exchange were making free BTMX tokens when trading on some pairs ie USDT/PAX (stable coin to stable coin). Now this will be discontinuted as they want to stop inflation of BTMX.
