Refund Policies Of The Mining Firm ‘HashFlare’, For Its Existing User’s.

According to the official report published by the company to shut down its mining operations for bitcoin related smart contracts. Now, have stated their refund policy for their existing users. As per this policy, the company has set to given priority to the users first who have invested more than $5000 USD cryptocurrency equivalent at any Hashrate. The whole process of this Refund is divided into four tier’s ‘Ranges’ by the company. Due to many email’s being received by the company, the refund policy is currently active for customers in tier 1 and tier 2 only.

Range 1 Customer include customer with investment more than $5000 USD while Range 2 customers include customers with investment more than $2000 USD and less than $5000 USD.

The customers with tier 1 Would be resolved Firstly by the company preceding by the other customers. As per the company stated :

“We’ve set the fees to give priority to users who pay them and to reduce the number of daily requests because the refund procedure for each account requires time and our team can’t process hundreds of requests daily.
The refund will include your initial investment only (What you paid from your own money) in the same currency you used for the payment and some calculated profit.”

The refunds for the customers in tier 3 and tier 4 would be stated by the company in upcoming days till the number of daily requests are reduced.

Procedure of withdrawal for tier 1 customers : (+ $5,000 invested)

  1. Request a private BTC address from the support page through the message (Private message only)
  2. Send exactly 0.05 Bitcoin to your private address.
  3. Send the TxID or a Screenshot of the payment + Your Account ID (Email) to the support page in a private message

Procedure of withdrawal for tier 2 customers : (+ $2,000 invested)

  1. Request a private BTC address from the support page through the message #Address (Private message only)
  2. Send exactly 0.03 Bitcoin to your private address
  3. Send the TxID or a Screenshot of the payment + Your Account ID (Email) to the support page in a private message

After the withdrawal procedure followed by the customers in tier 1 and tier 2 is confirmed, they would receive an Email with the link to release the funds. Verifying the details in the Email, their funds would be released automatically.
