Yeah I am also thinking that. Technically, if we see it is not possible for bitcoin to rise up in that manner. When withdraw is not available in binance, people could trade only and thats why price might be increasing. I think there is strong coordination between binance, bitmex and bitfinex to push the bitcoin up and they are making some plan to make a big profit.
