Did you even look at the pictures? Your friend still has the possibility of getting in at around the 8k mark. If you see where wave E lands in the potential ascending triangle correction it hits that mark, or somewhere around it. While I get the reason she is wanting to wait for a potential 3k dip, that shouldn't keep her from just getting in now. Unless they are putting real money in, which she may be I don't know her money and don't want to guess it, it's the difference between fractional decimals. Point being, it shouldn't stop them from just buying now. Also, if they're buying bitcoin from an exchange they are doing it wrong and need to do a little more research as to the most efficient and economic way in purchasing.
