Brisbane Airport (BNE) has recently revealed its plans to be a cryptocurrency friendly airport. Teaming with TravelbyBit, BNE looks to be the world’s first airport to accept these virtual currencies. This partnership with TravelbyBit will allow passengers flying in and out of the Queensland capital to use Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dash, LiteCoin and Steem in the airport’s stores, kiosks, bars, and restaurants.
TravelbyBit has already partnered with a network of merchants. The company has made way into the field of air travel, lodging, and even the food industry.
