Interesting but very expensive per TH. You can pick up S19s with 200TH for $1350.
Yeah… but I wanted to run it on Solar. How many watts does the S19s require ? I run my BitAxe Supra on 10 watts of power. It’s also perfectly quiet and no heat … it’s open source so lots of people looking at ways to upgrade the Hashrate and minimize power consumption … they have a BitAxe Hex that can do 6 TH/s and under 100 watts
You'll need a LOT more solar. They draw over 5kW. But solar is cheap if you buy in bulk.
Yeah … I just wanted to start small and build from there. Are you mining with Solar ?
I did find this S9 Antminer that gets 14 TerraHash/s for $40
Runs on 300 Watts

I'm thinking about mining with solar. I have some solar that is underutilized.
Yes… I’m going to try and add a new miner every few months.
..
What do you think about this S9 Bitmain Antminer for $30 USD … 14 TerraHash/s

Can run on 300 watts.

I have been doing some research (inspired by your post) and found this guy who does direct solar Bitcoin mining systems. https://x.com/100AcresRanch

This allows you to use a regular Bitmain miner (s19 etc) that are way cheaper per TH.
Where can I pick up a S19s with 200 TH/ s for $1350 ?
