Very useful information, so thank you for the share. There's also Blocktrades and Changelly to use to trade 'tokens' or 'coins' without joining up.
I have used Blocktrades with no problems, you just need you own wallet for the trades to be deposited into.
It may not always be a good idea to leave your cyber currency in an exchange, judging by recent problems (hacking).
