This is utter nonsense, particularly the "anyone-can-spend" nonsense. Go steal some LTC if you think this works or wait until BTC implements Segwit soon. Can anyone verify "Nathan's" identity? Remember, there is a lot of money at stake, especially from miners who don't like Segwit because it stops an exploit that they can take advantage of.
