Huge transactions were recorded in the Bitcoin Blockchain on Feb 9th and Feb 12th. Below is the screenshot from https://blockchain.info/address/3Cbq7aT1tY8kMxWLbitaG7yT6bPbKChq64# which shows the current balance of 96650 BTC which is over $1 Billion at the current market rate. Owner of the Bitcoin address still unknown unknown.

Bitcoin Public Address 3Cbq7aT1tY8kMxWLbitaG7yT6bPbKChq64 has 132 transactions in total and below are the transactons which were over 1000 BTC. You can see the details of 9 transactions below in which 7 of them were posted on Feb 9th and the rest 2 were posted on Feb 12th.

Many investors are buying in during this Dip. Whale Investors like this anonymous person can sure cause fluctuations in the crypto market. Huge buy-ins from Bitcoin Whales causes a spike in market and is always followed by small investors thinking that it is going to be a bull run again. And when enough inflow of money is there in the market, Whales cash out at profit. Everybody then fears the dip and most of them get the money out in the fear of loosing everything which crashes the market.

i guess large in flow of bitcoin increases the price ceiling which brings a wave of small investors to keep it going. But only until the whale's cash out which scares the hell out of everyone :-)
