Wow, I can't wait for your next post and sharing all you information. I am interested in cryptocurrency, but my husband is the expert out of the two of us. Regarding stage fright, focus on your breath, if it speeds up slow it down by focusing on breathing for a couple seconds, the focus on one thing that is natural will slow your anxiety and heart down. Believe me I know the feeling! I am your first friend here, yippee!
