Why would Eth go up in price when BTC (quickly crashes) when it is the moon that affects the tides of altcoins ?

    Eth hard Fork and ICO purchasing power.
    NEO will drop after the 16th, so ETH will be more attractive in the short.
    Eth has some good tech rolling out.
