long-run you are right. Short term, I think things will drop quick and BTC will flood into all different coins and some will pop. I want to figure out what those will be.
IMO leading up to segwit BTC will do well, after it may dip a bit for the rest of the month. That being said Sept will likley be an amazing month for the crypto space in general, but on the down side Oct is likely going to suck quite a bit with a moderate downward correction. On the plus side again Nov/Dec will likely be the steady correction back up, ending the year a fair bit higher then current prices for BTC (~2x current price) with some alt coins rocketing, while others may die in fire during this time (so pick your alts carefully). Just my 2 cents.
