Yes, Bitcoin is slow for transfers... Litecoin definitively has much faster transfer speeds, and is beginning to become (somewhat) mainstrean since its inclusion in CoinBase. People who accept crypto payments should at least accept both Bitcoin and Litecoin. Ideally more than that.
