Hi,
I have a question about this sentence:

'The only thing we holds us back is that we are at a 6 of 9 - ...'

On internet I could find that this is about the counting bar cycles right? But I wasn't able to find a good tutorial about this.

Do you have a link to a site or something else for more information?
