Really good news for now as the split could've caused so much problems. This situation made me acknowledge miners as the top shareholders for bitcoin. Thanks for posting, upvoted and followed!

Yep, there seems to be some major division among them and the main developers. A power struggle if you will. They have different visions for what they want Bitcoin to become, or at least how to best get there.
