Welcome to the crypto world! You are right, you dont sleep the same once you jump onboard. Ive been in the market for about 3 years and actively trading for 2. So Ive seen many coins rise and fall. My best advice to you is BREATH...learn to take losses in stride. This market is extremely volatile. As happy as you get for big gains, you should remain just as calm during losses.
