While it may not be a scam in your opinion, it could be considered spam. Spam is not appreciated by the community and could be flagged or may result in action from the cheetah bot..
Some things that can be considered spam:
- Banner ads of any kind
- Referral links/codes
- Repeating the same post
- Links to known scams, phishing sites, and other dangerous links
i totally understand, But as i said in my post it's something new and it's up to the individual to read what i have said and look it them self's. at one point bitcoin was considered spam.

just flag and down vote the cretin who ignores our rights, if it continually gets down votes and doesn't earn from bragging about removing peoples voices it may go away ;)
