Question for more experienced of You on how to ladder. I prepared a ladder, but the coin I want to buy is traded only in BTC pair. My ladder rungs are in dollars. Is there any way to make a buy order in Bittrex that'll change with BTC price moving? If I make an order based on today's price of BTC, I may buy coins in not so good price is BTC goes up. Is there any way around it?
