Low volume on Binance could have something to do with the (better imo) ticker being BCC there.
It used to be the "officially" designated ticker, but was largely abandoned after the BitConnect hype train became prevalent. Many still mistakenly associate it with BitConnect, so it hasn't seen re-adoption.
