Just a few hours ago, a wallet supposedly owned by Satoshi Nakamoto received a transaction of around 27 BTC.
The Genesis wallet is the first wallet ever created on the Bitcoin network. It is believed to be one of Satoshi's wallets because it received the genesis block award, during the first days of the blockchain's existence... Nakamoto also likely mined a high number of other blocks in the network's early days but it's unclear exactly how many.
The sender of the transaction did it from BINANCE...
Everything seems very strange in my opinion, I don't see SATOSHI playing on BINANCE either to buy BTC, knowing that Nakamoto is attributed many other wallets and Blocks rewards that would amount to a total of 1M of BTC...
I guess we'll have to wait to see what happens with this wallet, which only has incoming transactions and no outgoing transactions... or maybe "someone" is sending BTC to "NULL" to increase the scarcity even more...
That does sound weird. I wonder if someone just decided to send the BTC there to burn it. Let's see if that wallet does start moving or not, but I have a feeling the person lost the key
