Market Musing 4-4-2018, Bitcoin finally catches bid. Markets are still choppy and Volatile

E-currencies vs US Dollar: Bitcoin climbed back above $7000 after retesting 2018 lows. The other crypto Litecoin, Ethereum and Steem are following suit. This is a trader’s environment, where you can buy a small positions and take profits quickly. Are you mining cryptos in private wallets yet? US Dollar is still range bound between 88.25 and 91.

High High Volatility!: VIX > 21, Another High Volatility Week. Tariff wars continues. On Monday, both RUT and SPX Bounced of the 200 day moving average. Will these bottoms hold or will we see a retest of February lows? I have one trader in my circle of traders who is going long for the next 30 days. The /VX Futures are still in backwardation so expect choppy markets ahead. Keep your hedges on please.
