Nowadays world governments are extremely worried. International organizations try to develop new regulations to resolve challenges.
But the main problem is that recent technologies used for the renewable energy sources are still very expensive, as compared to traditional ones. In addition, the governments do not provide enough financial support for green technologies development.
Energis Carbon Zero
The creators of the Energis Carbon Zero project believe that the renewable energy costs should be much lower for its global integration. The Ethereum blockchain can be used here to reward consumers with Energis tokens for low energy consumption.
The project intends to solve the climate changing problems with the blockchain and international credits for carbon emissions.
The Zero Carbon Project is determined to reduce global carbon emissions significantly. That is why a two-component solution was developed to state a lower price for energy contracts.
The main concern of the Zero Carbon Project is to reduce the consequences of the greenhouse effect, which can be really catastrophic.
The Energis project is eager to create a market with a platform made for energy suppliers and users who will have some benefits for Zero Carbon contract conclusion. Customers will only have to pay transaction fees by Energis tokens. Fees will be calculated according to $0.01/ kWh.
In general, the users will receive token rewards for:
- low carbon consumption under the contracts;
- signing in the project;
- the first contract;
- engaging other users.
In addition, suppliers and consumers will be able to interact with other participants through crypto-exchanges.
How does it work?
The Energis Carbon Zero project has 2 aims:
- to supply energy at lower cost than current renewable energy contracts;
- to get people involved into the Zero Carbon project by providing new financial ecosystems based on the blockchain.
This project also aims to reward active consumers for participating in Zero Carbon Project.
The first part of the solution lies in creating a competitive "zero carbon market" providing consumers with the access to cheaper contracts on the descension of carbon emissions.
The second part: the blockchain economy will be based on Energis tokens designed to benefit customers. This will be carried out by decentralized registers, the Ethereum smart-contracts and crypto-exchanges.
Energis tokens will be backed up by a specific value for paying off the the transaction fees.
70% of transaction fees received by the Zero Carbon Project will be spent on "recycling" and will be given to the consumers as a reward for participation in the Zero Carbon Project. Energy suppliers and users can sell Energis tokens to other customers, including the ones, who buy them to pay off the commissions.
