Well, if ICOs are said can replace IPOs in the future, then it's just natural that the utility based cryptos will follow the economic cycles. However Cash/Gold based cryptos (like BTC) should behave completely opposite, but this would require decoupling of 'business ownership' based cryptos from 'value storage' based cryptos. Maybe we'll see just that one day.
