Except for the speculative aspect of it, I don't think it can be compared. Just my opinion!
Unlike tulips, bitcoin and blockchain is revolutionary in potential uses. Yes bitcoin is a bubble but it could take 10 years to start to go down for good and the value won't go back to FIAT, it will go to other cryptos.
