As some of us know, Bitcoin has lost more than 70% of its value after reaching an all time high 2 times before, and Bitcoin has always come back stronger with a new all time high eventually. And the main reason why as most people who follow Bitcoin closely is because of the Block reward halvening event that happens every 4 years and the cost to mine Bitcoin now is always cheap compared to the cost to mine Bitcoin in the future (due to difficulty adjustments when more hardware is added to mine Bitcoin).
Right now, Block reward is about 12.5BTC624= 1800 BTC per day. If we assume most miners sell their BTC right after mining them it would mean they are selling about 1800*8306=$14,950,800 worth of BTC a day. Since prices have been mostly stable that means the global market is spending around $15 million additionally to buy Bitcoins per day, thus keeping the prices mostly stable.
Although $15 million more in Bitcoin sales is not much since the 24H trade volume for Bitcoin is more than $1 Billion dollars, but it does add up as it happens every day . And if the market sentiment doesn't dramatically change, we will easily see Bitcoin prices go up to $14,000 or more by the next halvening event in two years. The number of BTC miners can sell will go down to 900 BTC per day, thus reducing downward pressure on BTC price by half from the miners every day.
From the begining, Bitcoin has been a good investment, doesn't matter if you bought at an all time high and lost 70% of your investment after a crash. BTC value always come back up or reach a new high when BTC halvening approaches or happened.
