I thought this was an excellent primer on the type of fork and also in part feud that lately has been seen between the Bitcoin BTC (also known as "Bitcoin Core" or "Bitcoin SL") and the Bitcoin BCH (also known as Bitcoin Cash) chains and communities.
My interest in the topic of contentious forks has grown recently, considering that at the end of the day I find myself hopelessly trapped in between these two groups, myself both preferring and seeing Bitcoin Cash as closer to the Bitcoin design but also being very positive on the Lightning Network that would make Bitcoin SL indirectly useful for small transactions and payments again.

Brief disclaimer: The video is a few years old and a disagreement amongst lead developers was actually part of what triggered the feud. Not all developers are hence present in the Bitcoin Core lead development team anymore and some are instead mainly working on Bitcoin Cash or other projects.
Hi @the-ego-is-you! I stopped in to see if you have posted and walla... here you are! How have you been?! I will definitely watch the video. Just wanted to say hi first. 😍
Hi there Karen =) Been ok! Working a little on the #nth-society with @personz and others. ^ How's everything for you? You seem to be doing well here on Steem. Nice banner on your profile btw!
The video is totally worth watching. I've been posting very sporadically and I'm pretty much done promising "I will post something soon" because it rarely works out that way. But I do know I will ramp this up at some point, because I have a ton of ideas stacked that just have to be worked out in a good readable format. Some times however I find something on the internet (mostly DTube/Youtube) that I want to share and then it ends up here. =)
Hi @the-ego-is-you, I got an upvote from you on another post & wanted to visit your blog. But what I am seeing here is that "You are not active enough You last post (this one) is 6 days old."
I'm not blogging constantly. The time I have is put in other projects, which I sometimes will resteem here.
