Ethconnect has an ico on Nov 1 that I am going to try and get into, but that may be difficult as there are 43 icos occuring on that day. That will be a test of the Ethereum network.

While it may not be a scam in your opinion, it could be considered spam. Spam is not appreciated by the community and could be flagged or may result in action from the cheetah bot..
