Sounds like you are using the Wallet Model (Now know as the Local Wallet).
- Export a backup from the Light Wallet: Settings --> Backup
- Import that backup to https://bitshares.org/wallet: RESTORE in lower left corner
It will ask you for your password. Use the same password that you use in your Light Wallet.
