Good news to all Steemians especially newbies and minnows who are still struggling to build their Steem power and earn from curation. You can now get delegated steem power at a very cheap price using @master-delegation: a user issued asset on bitshares platform.
WHAT IS MASTER-DELEGATOR?

Master-Delegator is a service that provides delegations to steem blockchain users who buy their token (Delegation) on bitshares platform and send the tokens back to the issuing account.
The tokens are currently sold for 0.075 BTS each. 1 DELEGATION will allow a user to get a 1 SP Delegation.
HOW DOES DELEGATION TOKEN WORK?
A user can rent Steempower or help another user rent steempower for a minimum of 1 week and maximum of 4 week by buying DELEGATION token on Bitshares and sending the coin to master-delegator on bitshares with details filled properly to get a delegation.

Step 1
Login into your bitshares account
If you don't have an account yet, you can sign up using this LINK
You can visit this Link to learn how to set up a bitshares wallet within few minutes.
Step 2
Search for Delegation in the market or click on this link (https://wallet.bitshares.org/#/market/DELEGATION_BTS) to direct you straight to Delegation/bts market
Go to Buy Delegation and fill in the required information
1 - price: input the current price of Delegation (0.075)
2 - Quantity: input the quantity you wish to purchase
3 - Total: this shows the amount of bts you will pay for the quantity of delegation you want to purchase
4 - Buy: after going through the details you filled, click on buy to confirm your purchase.
Note
1 Delegation is 0.075bts. If you set a price below 0.075bts it may take a very long time before it gets filled.
Step 3
Once you have confirmed your buy order has been filled,
Go to Dashboard, select portfolio, locate Delegation,
Click on send... A message box will pop-up.
Fill in your details correctly
1 - To: type the name of the user you are sending to (master-delegator Not master-delegation)
2 - Quantity: input the quantity you are willing to use for steempower delegation
3 - Memo: type in the following format
Name: (type your steemit username)
Weeks: ( type in the number of weeks you need the steempower delegation)
4 - Send: after carefully examining the details filled, click on send to process the transaction).
Note
If you need the steempower delegation for more than 1 week, the amount of token you are sending will be divided by the number of weeks.
Example: if you are sending 100 delegation and indicate you need it for 2 weeks.. You will receive 50sp (100/2 = 50) which will elapse after 2 weeks.
Also
The minimum delegated steempower you can get is 5sp, sending anything below 5 delegation will be refunded.
Step 4
After confirming that the transaction was successful, wait for 1 hour to receive the delegated steempower in your steemit account or chat @rish56 on Master-delegator discord server to help process the transaction fast.

mine is showing +98.998 because I delegated 1 sp to one account.
BONUSES
Currently @master-delegator is offering bonuses of 25% on 4 week delegations, 10% on 3 weeks delegations and 5% on 2 weeks delegations.
WHERE DOES MASTER-DELEGATOR GETS ITS STEEMPOWER USED FOR DELEGATION?
Since Master-Delegation is a new project, delegation comes from @rishi556 or other accounts run by @rishi556.
As users buy DELEGATIONs on bitshares, some will be sold directly from master-delegator. The funds gotten from the sales will be used to buy more STEEM Power. So as @master-Delegator gets more SteemPower, delegations will start coming from @master-delegator.
INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY
Master-Delegator is a wonderful project which is still in its early stage and has witnessed significant growth, to help speed up the growth, @master-delegator will be accepting investors.
By investing in the project, you have the chance to be part of a major steem based project which can help you get passive payments. As master-delegator grows, your payments grow with it.
Up to 5,000 STEEM will be raised. 4,500 STEEM would be powered up so that we can issue and sell more tokens.
Currently only 1955 Delegations token are in circulation
500 STEEM would be used for development of a bot that would automatically send out delegations. If any of the 500 STEEM doesn't need to be used, it will be saved for future expenses.
Investors will share 20% of Master-Delegator's profits. A discussion will take place later amongst investors on where payments will come and how often they will be as well. 75 % of the profits will go towards buying more SP so we can delegate more, 4% will be saved for future needs and expenses, and 1% will be used to pay the people who manage the Master-Delegator.
How to invest
To invest, just send your investment amount of STEEM to @master-delegation on steemit and in the memo please state that you are investing.
Minimum investment is 25 STEEM and multiples of 25 will be accepted.
