It's hard saying good-bye to someone you love. I know this like no other. On the other hand, I can only respect it if someone has made these clear choices in regards to the end of their life. It's sad that this happened to him but isn't it what most of us want in the end? To be able to say: this is it, when and how we want? Most of us don't have that choice. Beautifully written @stan.
