That is for Basic Verification it's will still like that even if your account is Verified , You Should Look at here :

if it's say Account type : Enhanced !
Then it's Verified ...
many people There account is verified but they think it's not when They Go To basic Verification section ^^^
if You it's like this then Your Account is Verified !

Yeah, my basic failed and I had to submit documents for enhanced, I have no boxes checked with a daily withdraw limit of 0. but I finally received a response today, hopefully im on the fast track now!
