Absolutely, some things never change. Even with new players and updated games, if you know the maps and play smart, you’re already ahead. I played on a fresh install from download Counter-Strike 1.6 and was surprised how well old moves like the “fake B rush” still mess with people. The mechanics are the same, so it’s really all about the basics. It’s actually cool to see that knowing timing and team play can carry you even after all these years. Makes it easy for people who come back after a long break.
