Blackbox is a flexible operating system for organizations, that was created to automate business processes. It will be useful for organizations, that are more likely to transform their traditional business model. These companies might need user-friendly interface to change paper and electronic documentation into the system of smart contracts. The Blackbox platform will allow companies to discover and implement the advantages of blockchain technology, artificial intelligence and decentralized network in their business processes.
Key features of the Blackbox operating system (BBOS)
Each company has a complex, living and emerging structure. According to the project, the implementation of Blackbox operating system will supercharge the weak components of a company. There are five elements to focus on:
1. Governance
Each company is operated in its own way. The key idea of BBOS is not to make the organization to operate and act in a specific way, but to offer flexible solutions to improve its efficiency. Thanks to internal proposal system, the processes of streamline voting, goal alignment and constructive feedback can be operated.
2. Compensation
Fair compensation motivates employees and leads to better quality results of their job. The value created by the employees should be analyzed and estimated. Available at the BB operating system Proof of Value protocols will successfully solve this problem. The project offers its tokens to accelerate payments, to reduce transaction fees and to reward employees properly.
3. Identity
The BB operating system allows each employee to create its own profile, that will include not only personal data, such as name, email and others, but also the information associated with reputation and value created by the individual.
4. Management
Each organization has its own management system. Blackbox is able to remove inefficiencies, that exist in the work process of employees of different levels. BBOS will analyze both personal and project management, and will provide the company with a suitable information to improve the process of goals achievement.
5. Security
Protection of an organization from malicious attacks is of primary importance. The blockchain technology enables data protection. Moreover, BBOS offer various business tools, that can be implemented in the operating process of a company and reduce the risks of the third party interference.
Blackbox OS modules
AI-enabled modules are created to solve specific business tasks. The key idea of the modules is to be integrated into existing operating system of a company and provide quick improvements to the services.
1. Module marketplace
The module marketplace will operate as a centralized solution. The following modules will be accessible: HR module, Artificial Intelligence module and Discovery module. They can be integrated directly into a company’s operating system. It is planned, that new modules will be added by developers.
