Not too long ago Blake Griffin was the laughing stock of Detroit, he couldn't dunk, was averaging career lows and was constantly injured. That all changed when his contact was bought out and three days later he signed with the Nets. As the new starting center of a star studded team Griffin has found a new beginning and looks like he might be able to dunk over a Kia again. In game 1 against the Bucks
he finished with 18 points, 14 rebounds and two steals. That wasn't even the best part, in the second quarter Griffin rose above all and slammed one home over Giannis leaving everyone with one question...... Is Blake Griffin back??

I think Blake was holding out on the Pistons in order to get over to the Nets. Conspiracy theory of course
I don't think he was purposefully trying to move to the Nets, I think he just wanted to get out of Detroit no matter where that took him.
The way he's been playing the last month is INSANE and he looks like he's back to where he should be at this point in his career.
That said, I have to imagine that the other teams will push Silver to make changes to the Buyout Process as a result.
