Anyway, all your points are very much valid. Just like in normal daily interactions, if you see someone and insult the person, I don't think he/she will be willing to warmup to you again. But if you treat someone nicely, the person will be compelled by the law of nature to treat you nicely too.

It means you have to be Entertaining, Useful, Insightful and Intersting to the Steemian you are trying to woo. This presents you as a person worth knowing and helps you develop a personal relationship with the person
