Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak has given another powerful endorsement of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, hailing its cutting edge at a seminar on Thursday.
Speaking on level at the WeAreDevelopers World Congress in Vienna, Mr Wozniak said he assumed the blockchain will have an enormous effect on the technology sector, hailing it as "another major IT trend that is going to happen."
Despite his positive prospect for bitcoin and blockchain, Mr Wozniak said in another interview at the function that he was "bothered with what technology is becoming," referencing Facebook's Cambridge Analytica scandal.
